Challenges
Transforming unfinished exterior elements into a cohesive, high-impact outdoor living space while coordinating multiple hardscape, landscape, and utility installations to enhance curb appeal and functionality for family living and entertaining.
Scope
This client had a custom-built home with an unfinished driveway and exterior brick work at the front of the house. We increased the curb appeal by installing driveway pavers, constructing a new staircase, repairing the exterior siding and installing new cultured stone. A complete transformation to create a backyard oasis where the client and his family can live, play and entertain! We brought new life to the space by installing landscape ties for the garden beds, artificial turf, a stamped concrete slab with electrical and low voltage wiring for the client’s future pergola and TV.
