Next, we move into planning and design coordination. We collaborate with your architect, interior designer, and other consultants, or connect you with trusted partners, to finalize space plans. During this stage, we help refine technical requirements, interior finishes, and fixtures so the design is both functional and buildable for your clinic, office, or commercial space.

Permits, Approvals & Construction Scheduling
Once the design is in place, we handle the permitting and approvals required for your tenant improvement project. Our team prepares and submits permit applications, coordinates with the city or municipality, and addresses zoning and code considerations. At the same time, we develop a detailed construction schedule built around your operational needs, including any required phasing, off‑hours work, or downtime windows.

Construction & On‑Site Supervision
During construction, Bali Brothers acts as your commercial contractor, managing vetted trades and overseeing the day‑to‑day work on site. We focus on cleanliness, safety, and professionalism, maintaining organized job sites and minimizing disruption to neighbouring tenants or ongoing operations where possible. Regular supervision and quality checks keep the project aligned with drawings, specifications, and schedule.

Inspections, Deficiencies & Occupancy
As the build‑out progresses, we coordinate all required inspections and work through any comments from inspectors or building officials. We complete detailed deficiency reviews, address outstanding items, and ensure that finishes, millwork, and systems meet the agreed standard. Our goal is to turn over a space that is fully prepared for staff, patients, or clients, whether it’s a medical clinic, pharmacy, office, or other commercial space.

Handover & Post‑Completion Support
At handover, we walk the completed tenant improvement with you, review key systems and finishes, and confirm that the space matches the design and operational requirements discussed at the outset.
