Challenges
Renovating and expanding an active rehabilitation clinic with new treatment rooms while ensuring the client’s business operations continued uninterrupted and patient experience was not disrupted.
Scope
In partnership with Anilson Construction Ltd., we renovated and expanded an operating rehabilitation clinic, adding new treatment rooms to support its growing clinical services. This tenant improvement covered interior demolition, framing, electrical and plumbing modifications, and new interior finishes, with every upgrade built to meet building codes, healthcare regulations and safety standards while the clinic stayed open to patients.
