Challenges
Renovating and expanding an active rehabilitation clinic with new treatment rooms while ensuring the client’s business operations continued uninterrupted and patient experience was not disrupted.
Scope
In partnership with Anilson Construction Ltd., this project consists of the comprehensive renovation of an existing rehabilitation clinic, including the addition of new treatment rooms to support expanded clinical services. The scope of work encompasses required interior demolition, construction and framing, electrical and plumbing modifications, interior finishes, and all associated upgrades necessary to comply with applicable building codes, healthcare regulations, and safety standards.
