Modernizing the home while carefully managing a tight client budget.
Scope
Our clients wanted to add new life to their existing space by renovating different parts of their beautiful home. The Kitchen and Family Room had dated flooring which was removed to make way for new 24” x 24” porcelain tiles along with a new Kitchen island, granite countertop and pendant lights. The vinyl deck in the backyard had lots of wear and tear over the years, we removed and installed new vinyl decking adding a nice modern touch. The upstairs bathroom was converted to a custom walk-in tiled shower creating an elegant look and increased accessibility for aging family members. The interior was also painted, adding additional charm and character to the home. Our clients love how everything came together seamlessly and look forward to hosting family and friends.
